Redrow Midlands will be hosting a launch event for their new ‘Eco Electric’ housing estate Curborough Lakes, near Lichfield, on Saturday 18 May.
Interested house buyers can reserve a space at this event, which will take place between 10am and 5pm. Attendees will receive details of the first release of the 468 homes and the price of each of the properties will be unveiled. Complimentary champagne and canapes will be offered.
The launch event will be held at the company’s information hub, which can be found at the Curborough Craft Centre on Watery Lane.
Each of the Eco Electric homes features an air-source heat pump and underfloor heating. The estate features two, three, four, and five-bedroom homes.
Although this new 107-acre development has countryside surroundings, it is not far from local amenities. Supermarkets and fitness centres are within a 10-minute drive from Curborough Lakes.
The village of Curborough is just a short drive away, which features a garden centre.
