Cannock’s Safe Haven Training has received a significant funding package from ART Business Loans and UKSE.

Since 2012, the family-run business has provided specialised first aid training to businesses, councils, nurseries, and schools across the West Midlands.

They deliver first aid, manual handling, fire safety, and mental health courses. Their courses are delivered both in-person and online.

Now, the business can expand its operation and improve its services thanks to the funding received.

The business plans to invest in a customer relationship management (CRM) system, which will provide greater organisation and enhance collaboration and communication.

Additionally, Safe Haven Training also intend to employ four additional members of staff. This will allow them to deliver more in-person courses across the region. Currently, the company relies on sub-contractors to keep up with course demand.

UKSE deliver investment packages to businesses across the West Midlands. Mike Lowe, the organisation’s regional executive, stated: “We are thrilled to be able to support Safe Haven Training in realising their growth plans.”
