Staffordshire Police have released an image of an individual they believe could help their investigation into a rape which took place in Tamworth at 2.45am on Sunday 2 June.
The incident took place on Lower Gungate Street.
In a statement, Staffordshire Police stated: “The man pictured, who is not a suspect, was in the area at the time and we think he can help us with our investigation.”
They also asked that anyone who recognizes the individual in the image to come forward.
Those with information that could help this ongoing investigation should contact the police on 101 and quote incident 93 of 2 June.
