Staffordshire Police are appealing for witnesses regarding a non-stop collision that took place on Sunday (16 June) in Newcastle-under-Lyme.
The incident took place in Wolstanton at 5.30pm on the A500 southbound.
The collision involved a grey car and a red Seat Ibiza. The driver of the grey car drove away following the incident.
The driver of the Seat and their child passenger were transported to a nearby hospital and received precautionary checks.
Police are currently reviewing CCTV footage.
They’ve asked witnesses – or anyone with CCTV, dashcam, or doorbell footage – to contact them on 101, quoting incident 636 of 16 June.
