Four men were taken to hospital last night (28 May) following a multi-vehicle crash on the M6. Emergency services were alerted to the incident at 8.41pm.
Three ambulances, a Midlands Air Ambulance Critical Care Car, a BASICS doctor, and a paramedic officer were all sent to the scene.
One man was treated for serious injuries at the scene. Another man was treated for potentially serious injuries, while the other two men were treated for non-serious injuries.
All four men involved in the crash were then transported to Royal Stoke University Hospital.
This morning (29 May) the stretch of the M6 between Junction 14 and 15 was shut until 6.53am. Traffic was diverted so that the Central Motorway Police Group (CMPG) could conduct an investigation.
All lanes on the M6 are now back open.
