Inco Contracts, a Cannock-based principal contractor firm, has moved into its new headquarters in Crestwood House.
The industrial and commercial refurbishment specialists, who have had a particularly lucrative start to 2024, invested £77,000 to create a modern 2,000 sq ft office space in the building, which dates back to 2005.
The new two-story office, which is 20% bigger than Ico Contracts’ previous location, comes with electric vehicle charging points and solar photovoltaics.
The company are also switching to a new cloud-based server system. The new property delivers triple internet speeds and improved IT provisions to support this.
“This is an important move for the business and will give us the additional space and high-quality facilities we need to maximise new opportunities,” stated managing director David Cotterill.
Inco Contracts liaise with designers, architects, and landlords to renovate and revitalise warehouse and office space.
In terms of work carried out, the company specialises in soft strip outs, conservation work, building services, electrical installations, mechanical installations, and industrial roof and cladding.
In the first four months of 2024, the company successfully instructed £14.6 million worth of work. They instructed £8.6 million worth of work in February, which was their best-performing month on record.
