Police have reported that several lead drainpipes have been damaged and stolen from St Edwards Church in Leek.
It is believed that thieves targeted the church between 13 and 21 June.
The Moorlands Local Policing Team are currently appealing for information.
PCSO Michael Simcock stated: “If you have any information regarding this incident or if you saw anything suspicious in the area during this time, please call Staffordshire Police.”
