Staffordshire Police have issued CCTV images of a man they believe may be connected to Tamworth’s recent burglary spike.
Police are investigating 9 separate burglaries and break-ins in the Tamworth area. These crimes took place between Sunday 5 May and Tuesday 14 May.
A Volkswagon Polo, a drum kit, and several electric guitars were stolen from a property on Shelley Road on 13 May.
A property on Telford Road had two attempted break-ins on Sunday 5 May and Monday 13 May.
Police have increased patrols across the area to control the ongoing Tamworth crime wave.
They’ve also released several images of a man they would like to speak to about the robberies and attempted break-ins.
The man in the CCTV images is wearing a facemask, a beanie, and a dark coat.
Anyone who recognises the person in the photos should contact Staffordshire Police by calling 101 and quoting incident 439 of 14 May.
