The caravan park, which overlooks Rudyard Lake, has been bought by new owners for an undisclosed sum, as reported by commercial property agents Savills.
It is unclear whether the new owners of the Rudyard Vale Caravan Park will make any changes to the site.
It currently boasts 40 pitches over 2.3 acres. It also features storage buildings, a site office, and a livestock area.
It’s a popular site for those who wish to visit Rudyard Lake and the Peak District National Park.
There’s no bar or restaurant currently on the site, however, the Hotel Rudyard is only a five-minute walk away. Here, caravan site guests can find a pub and restaurant.
According to the park’s website, annual pitch fees last year ranged from £1,600 to £3,800. The pitching price varied depending on the location and size of the pitch.
Caravans can also be bought from the park, which ranges from £7,000 to £12,000.
Pitch fees and caravan prices may be altered under the new management.
