£10,000 worth of cocaine and heroin was seized from a property in Etruria on Friday (24 May).
Luis Ferreira (38), originally from Newport, Wales, was charged with possession with intent to supply the class A drugs. He was also charged with acquiring, using, or possessing criminal property.
Police forced entry to the Etruria property and a business premises in Stoke-on-Trent linked to Ferreira.
In addition to the class A drugs, the police also recovered two mobile phones and £4,000 cash.
Ferreira appeared at North Stafford Justice Centre the day after his arrest (25 May). He will appear at Stoke-on-Trent Crown Court on 24 June.
