EPX Technical Services, who are based in Stafford, have been recognised as one of the world’s best managed service providers by Channel Futures.
In the 2024 Channel Futures MSP 501 rankings, EPX Technical Services was ranked #271 in the world and #15 in the UK, moving the company forward in both categories from 2023’s rankings.
A managed service provider is a third-party company that provides IT services to other companies remotely. They maintain network, infrastructure, and cybersecurity on behalf of their clients.
The annual Channel Futures MSP 501 rankings, which have been running for 17 years, is considered to be an industry benchmark.
Every year, managed service providers from around the world submit applications for the MSP 501.
Each application is judged based on a company’s profitability measured by EBITDA, annual revenue, and recurring revenue.
“The judging is a rigorous process, and we are so pleased to have been ranked at 271, up from 284 in 2023,” stated the CEO of EPX Dan Ellis.

In addition to being listed on the Channel Futures website, EPX will also be honoured at this year’s MSP Summit, which will be held on 16-19 September in Atlanta, Georgia.
