Staffordshire Fire and Rescue and Staffordshire Police were called out to a home on Vivian Road in Fenton on Tuesday (4 June) just after 7.30pm after it was reported that a shed had been set on fire.
The Fire and Rescue team discovered the shed alight and were able to quickly extinguish the blaze. Thankfully, nobody was injured.
However, fire investigators later deemed the blaze as ‘deliberate’ and Staffordshire Police have now launched an appeal for information.
The police are asking for any witnesses to come forward. They’re also asking for relevant dash cam, doorbell, or CCTV footage.
Anyone who can help with the investigation should contact the police on 101 and quote incident 620 of 4 June.
Alternatively, information can be reported anonymously by contacting CrimeStoppers on 0800 555 111.
