Ninety years since the last tram made its way through Stoke-on-Trent, a multi-million-pound plan hopes to revolutionise the city’s transport and re-introduce them.

The proposal aims to try and reduce congestion within the city, with tram routes planned from Stoke-on-Trent railway station to Hanley city centre and Etruria Valley.
