Fire crews are clearing up after a second fire at a Longton industrial estate in Stoke-on-Trent.

The blaze, which started in a parked HGV trailer full of videotapes, happened just yards away from a previous fire two weeks ago.


Ten houses in Middleport will be available to part-own for just a pound.

Stoke-on-Trent City Council is working with independent charity Empty Homes (formerly the Empty Homes Agency) and a local housing association on the part-ownership scheme for the properties in Harper Street, right next to Middleport Pottery.
