Two Stoke-on-Trent drug dealers have been convicted after attempting to flee from police when they were pulled over a court heard.

Ahmed Saffee, 28, of Etruria Vale Road, Etruria, pleaded guilty to possession of class A drug cocaine with intent to supply.

Plans for the first stage of a £40 million link road between the A500 and the city centre through Etruria Valley have been unveiled.
