Education Nepal student exchange in Staffordshire

Teenagers from Nepal are being housed in the Staffordshire Moorlands as part of an exchange trip with Endon High School in Stoke-on-Trent.

The pupils, from Kuleshwa Secondary School in Kathmandhu, are living with families of year 10 and year 11 students from Endon.

A Stoke-on-Trent secondary school has sent thousands of pounds worth of life-saving aid to Sierra Leone to help fight the Ebola crisis.

St Joseph’s College, in Trent Vale, has pulled together donations from students, staff, families and the local community to provide food and medical equipment, along with Ebola kits, to West Africa.
