Today marked the beginning of the annual Stone Food and Drink Festival. The festival opened its gates at 12:00pm today (5 October) and will be open until Sunday 7 October.

Every year on the 1st of May, Staffordshire comes alive with a variety of events to celebrate everything that is great about the county – and this year was no different.

Staffordshire Day is celebrated on the 1st May, and was launched in 2015 by South Staffordshire MP, Gavin Williamson to promote the county of Staffordshire.
