Football Rowett speaks to the media ahead of Birmingham clash

Stoke City manager Gary Rowett said there will not be any extra emotion for him when the Potters play against his former side, Birmingham City tomorrow (October 20).

Speaking ahead of the clash, Rowett said: “Whilst I have  huge respect for that club and the fans and the people still working there ultimately it’s a home game for us and it makes no difference this weekend. 


Stoke City will look to bounce back from a disappointing cup exit this week as the Potters travel to Paul Warne’s Rotherham tomorrow.

The Potters have struggled to adapt to life in the Championship and with the club sat in 18th manager Gary Rowett is starting to face some tough questions about his tenure at the club.
