The property on Caulton Street has caused serious anti-social behaviour in recent months and has therefore been closed under Section 80 of the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014.
Sergeant Phillip Ferns, deputy commander for the Stoke North Neighbourhood Policing Team, said: “Anti-social behaviour in our communities will not be tolerated and we will continue to use anti-social behaviour legislation to close properties and remove nuisance tenants.
“If you are experiencing anti-social behaviour where you live, please call us on 101 and we will work together with our partners to take the appropriate action to deal with offenders.”
