Staffordshire Police hunt suspect who stole £13,000 Rolex watch

Detectives in Staffordshire want help from the public to hunt down a suspect in a £13,000 Rolex watch theft.

A man was recorded on CCTV climbing over a gate on Roman Road in Little Aston, Staffordshire.

Alongside the high value Rolex watch, a purse worth £500 was also taken, police announced in a public appeal for information.

The suspect is described as white, with short hair, aged in his 30s and was wearing blue jogging bottoms, a black parka with a fur trim and black trainers with a white sole at the time of the theft.

The man then made off toward Rosemary Hill Road at around 3.20pm on October 14, police say.

A Staffordshire Police spokesperson said: “We are particularly interested in speaking to anyone that may have driven past the address and saw anything suspicious or anyone who may have been parked up near the roundabout on Roman Road.

“Anyone with information that may help the investigation or anyone that may recognise the man in the CCTV image is asked to email [email protected]

“Alternatively, you can contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.”
