Following their fun and floral Spring/Summer 2018 campaign, intu Potteries have revealed the four top trends for Autumn and Winter.
It’s no surprise that animal print has made the list of must-have trends, after making a huge comeback at the end of summer. Other trends set to be big this season are ‘rust’, ‘checks’ and ‘silver partywear’.
Every season the shopping centre finds a new, creative way to exhibit the latest fashion must-haves. This AW18, there is a huge life-size magazine outside River Island, where shoppers can hop inside to take a selfie on the front cover.
Sandrine Rutter, intu Potteries’ marketing manager said: “We love to showcase the latest fashions from our retailers in a new way. This autumn/winter we are focusing on the vast array of fashion retailers we have on offer through working with bloggers.
“Our shoppers are encouraged to take a selfie with our giant magazine and strike their best pose, making visiting the centre this autumn a more entertaining experience.”
Alongside the interactive display is a ‘trend wall’, where you can find information and styling tips about this season’s top four trends.
Take a walk on the wild side with animal print, from tiger to leopard and ocelot to zebra prints.
For their ‘rust’ theme, intu Potteries have suggested pairing your burnt oranges and rust shades with olive and burgundy tones.
Checks to check out include tartan, plaid, dog tooth and glen check. For silver partywear, the centre suggest anything with a sparkle, so rock those sequins, metallic, chromes and glitters!
