Nantwich Town aiming for F.A. Cup glory against Halesowen Town in 3rd round qualifier replay

Nantwich Town are hoping to go one better against Halesowen Town tonight in their 3rd round F.A. Cup qualifier replay.

Following a 1-1 draw on Saturday afternoon, Nantwich welcome the Yeltz to the Weaver Stadium and a win for either side would see them take a step closer to the first round proper.

A home tie in the fourth (and final) qualifying round against Stourbridge awaits tonight’s winner

A win in the fourth qualifying round would not only see the victor head into the first round proper but would also guarantee £12,500 in prize money –  a huge boost for either side.

On Saturday, the Dabbers had to come from behind to take the game to a replay after Halesowen took the lead against the run of play through striker Kaiman Anderson.

Attacking midfielder Josh Hancock put Phil Parkinson’s side back in the game when he glanced in a header but despite all of their possession throughout the game, the Dabbers were unable to grab that second goal.
