Staffordshire’s Phil ‘The Power’ Taylor and Adrian ‘Jackpot’ Lewis are both in Premier League action tonight at the Barclaycard Arena in Birmingham.
Lewis, who is unbeaten in his past four matches, faces St Helens’ Dave Chisnall in the opening game of the night. He rounds up the action against reigning Premier League champion Raymond van Barneveld, who has won his last three matches.
Taylor is set to take on Michael van Gerwen this evening. He hopes to take advantage of the Dutchman’s poor form which has seen him lose two of his last three matches.
“The Power” meanwhile currently sits in 4th position, just 1 point above Lewis and Van Barneveld.
Both Taylor and Lewis need the points this evening to boost their hopes of finishing in the play-offs, which take place at the O2 Arena on May 21st.
