A man has admitted to stealing £200 worth of groceries from a supermarket in Kidsgrove.
Angelo Pezzaioli, 42, of Edge View Road, Baddeley Green, left the Tesco store without paying for his trolley of goods on November 20.

A lorry overturned on the sliproad from the A50 to the A500, causing traffic chaos for hundreds of commuters.
The accident happened as the lorry drove towards Uttoxeter at about 9.25am today (December 7).

Two men have been arrested after a 27-year-old man was assaulted in a Burslem pub.
The attack happened at 12.55am on Sunday (November 27) at the Sagger Makers Bottom Knocker pub in the Market Place.
