Man arrested after Newcastle road accident leaves pensioner critical
A man has been arrested on suspicion of drink-driving after a road accident in Newcastle-under-Lyme which left a pensioner fighting for his life.
The accident, on Upper Milehouse Lane, involved a Vauxhall Corsa and a Fiat 500.
Elderly driver dies week after A518 Uttoxeter smash
A pensioner has died a week after the car he was driving was involved in an accident with two other vehicles near Uttoxeter.
Harry Deville, 87, of Stowe-by-Chartley, was driving along the A518 between Uttoxeter and Loxley when the accident happened.

Three people have been injured after a crash involving two cars in Seighford.
