Gladstone Pottery Museum is hosting a range of activities for local children in Stoke-on-Trent during half-term.
Children can try their hand at painting pottery, creating miniature clay bottle ovens and making “marvelous Martins” using balloons.
Children have been wearing fancy dress with the persuasion of a special gift for every visitor who takes part.
A spokeswoman at the museum in Longton said: “We host a whole load of activities throughout term time and half terms.
“Local, national and international people attend our events and fun days.
“School groups, history clubs, families, and pensioners all attend frequently so we like to have something different on each time.”
Cllr Mark Meredith, Stoke-on-Trent City Council cabinet member, said: “There is no excuse for children to be bored this half term week, with plenty of entertaining and educational activities planned in Stoke-on-Trent. There is something for everyone.”
Admission is £7.25. Annual passes are available from £10.50.
